This study is led by Dr. Sam Parnia, director of critical care and resuscitation research; he spent many years studying the human brain, His study on the topic of near-death experiences; is so far the largest one, and now trying to look into how the brain functions after death.

The patients who flatlined still had brain function even after being declared dead.this is what Dr.Parnia and his team found when talked with cardiac arrest patients as well as doctors and nurses.

Dr.Parnia actually found that the brain wasn’t completely shut off when the heart stopped and he found out after talking to the patients that actually many of them could remember some of the conversations that the doctors were having even after their heart stopped beating.
